What this site actually does, so your policy can describe it accurately:

• No account is created and no email address is collected to chat.
• A random identifier is stored in your browser, and a one-way hash of your IP address and a coarse browser fingerprint are stored. These exist to enforce blocks.
• Your acceptance of the age requirement and the terms is recorded with a timestamp.
• Video frames may be sampled and scored automatically. A frame that scores clear is discarded, not stored. A frame that is flagged, or one captured when someone presses Report, is kept as evidence for the retention period.
• Text messages are relayed through the server and may be reviewed.

Decide your own retention period, enforce it in the workflow that prunes these rows, and state it here.
