An anonymous video chat service needs terms written for it, and this template can't write them for you. At minimum yours should cover: that users must be 18 or over; what is prohibited; that chats may be reviewed by automated systems and staff; how long you keep session records, reports and evidence; how someone appeals a block; and who is responsible for what.

Get these looked at by someone qualified. This is the part of the site with real legal weight.
